Your order will be processed in 2-3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or during holidays in Canada will be processed the following week. Once your order has departed our studio, you will receive an automated email or text with tracking.

Please note - transit time will vary depending on your location. We are currently shipping from Montreal, Canada.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make edits or changes to orders once placed. To ensure all billing and shipping details are correct - we suggest becoming a member.

We intentionally ship products without any excess packaging, but sometimes things get damaged in transit. If you’re unhappy with the way your order arrived, or your product was damaged beyond use, please email us right replacement.hi@naturalrascals.com

First, we partner with a small business in Calgary, Alberta, to source our amber glass bottles and anodized aluminum lids. The bottles are then passed on to a family-run business in Ontario, where our messaging is printed on. Finally, the Hiking Mist is hand poured in Toronto, Ontario, by a female-owned studio.

Once empty, hold on to your empty bottles instead of throwing them out. Learn about or refill the program, launching in 2023.

Each product is formulated with plant-based ingredients, such as essential oils. All of our products are formulated without parabens, sulphates, phthalates, or synthetic fragrances.

Yes! We use glass bottles for our 50ml Hiking Spray and encourage you to hang onto them until our refill program launches in 2023.

You will also notice that we have opted out of any fancy shipping packaging.

All of our products have a shelf life of one year.

Depending on your use - our hiking mist should last you. approx three months. This is if you are using it about 4 to 6 times a day.

*Tip - If you are camping for about a week, we suggest two bottles to be safe.

Yes! During our field testing, we noticed that our community was not only using it while exploring but also on their linens and sleeping bags.
